Our clients will receive an offer of available sessions via email / a telephone call.
Kindly reply to an offer of available sessions on the waitlist as soon as you can.
If the admin team do not confirm that you have secured the booking, please assume that it has been booked by another client. We understand that these appointment times are in high demand and we do our best to proactively manage the waitlist.
To avoid our emails going into your junk folder, you can save our email address into your contacts / address book.
New Client Waitlist
If you are a new client on our waitlist
, we ask for you to kindly respond
within a 24hr window period. Unfortunately, if there is not a timely response,
the offer will be extended to the next new client on the waitlist. If there is no response to any offer of sessions in a 4wk period, it will be assumed that you have found another psychologist to work with you or that you are no longer seeking sessions and you will be removed from the waitlist. If you are wanting sessions then you will need to re-register to be put back on the waitlist. Please be aware that you will then start at the bottom of the waitlist again.
Existing / Current Client Waitlist

xisting or Current Client needs to respond as soon as is possible to an offer of a session.
The offer for an available session is extended to all current clients on this waitlist. Should you not respond to any offer of sessions in a 4 week period, we will assume you are not wanting waitlist offers and will be removed from the waitlist. Should you still be interested in being offered waitlist sessions, you would then need to re-register to be put back on the waitlist and will start at the bottom of the waitlist again.
Eating Disorder Client Waitlist
The Client needs to respond as soon as is possible to an offer of a session.
The offer for an available session is extended to the Client for 24hrs. If the session opportunity is declined or remains unanswered, the session will be offered to the next Waitlist Client.
Should you not respond to any offer for a session in a 4 week period, we will assume you are not wanting waitlist offers and will be removed from the waitlist altogether. Should you still be interested in being offered waitlist sessions, you would then need to re-register to be put back on the waitlist and will start at the bottom of the waitlist again.
Clients are automatically removed from the Waitlist after a 3 month period. If you wish to be placed back onto the Waitlist, kindly call our office.
Because regular sessions are not guaranteed, we ask that Eating Disorder Clients seek availability with other Eating Disorder Psychologists to increase the chances for Eating Disorder Therapy to commence. It is important to understand that you cannot see two psychologists at one time so if you gain entry into another program with a psychologist, please inform us so we can remove your from our Waitlist.
